本研究は、運動とタンパク質とビタミンDを豊富に含むメニューを組み合わせた健康増進プログラムの有効性を評価することを目的とした。

Our study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a combined health promotion program that incorporates exercise along with a menu enriched with protein and vitamin D. The goal was to determine how this program contributes to the prevention of frailty.

対象者は本研究の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力を有し、十分に理解した上で自由意思により志願し、文書で参加に同意した方とする。

Subjects will be those who have been fully informed of the purpose and content of this research, have the capacity to consent, fully understand, volunteer of their own free will, and agree in writing to participate in this research.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1.現在、腎臓病、心臓病により薬物治療を受けている方
2.神経疾患（脳梗塞、パーキンソン病など）を有している方
3.骨（膝関節、股関節など）疾患を有している方
4.筋疾患（筋ジストロフィー症など）を有している方
5.炎症性疾患を有している方
6.試験期間に提供する食品にアレルギーを有している方
7.試験責任者および試験分担医師が対象者として不適当と判断した方

1. Those who are currently receiving medication for kidney or heart disease
2. Those who have neurological diseases (stroke, Parkinson's disease, etc.)
3. Those who have bone disease (knee joint, hip joint, etc.)
4. Those who have muscular diseases (muscular dystrophy, etc.)
5. Those who have inflammatory diseases
6. Those who have allergies to foods provided during the study period.
7. Persons who are deemed inappropriate as subjects by the principal investigator and the study investigator.
