本研究の目的は、肩こりあるいは腰痛で学習パフォーマンスが低下している大学生に対して、温灸刺激が有用な対策となるか検証することとする。

1. 大学生
2. 中程度（NRSで 4/10）以上の肩こりが3か月以上継続している
3. 2が理由で学習パフォーマンスが低下していると自覚している
4. 上肢の深部腱反射や筋力・知覚検査などの神経学的所見に異常がない
腰痛
1. 大学生
2. 中程度（NRSで 4/10）以上の腰痛が3か月以上継続している
3. 2が理由で学習パフォーマンスが低下していると自覚している
4. 下肢の深部腱反射や筋力・知覚検査などの神経学的所見に異常がない

1. university student
2. Those who have neck and shoulder pain (katakori) for more than 3 months (NRS4-10).
3. Those who consider themselves, learning performance is impaired because of 2.
4. No abnormalities on neurological examination (tendon reflex, muscle and sensory).
chronic low back pain
1. university student
2. Those who have low back pain for more than 3 months (NRS4-10).
3. Those who consider themselves, learning performance is impaired because of 2.
4. No abnormalities on neurological examination (tendon reflex, muscle and sensory).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
肩こり、腰痛
1. 同時期に他の臨床試験や治験に参加している
2. 同時期に灸施術を受ける可能性がある
3. その他、研究者が除外した方が良いと判断した場合
なお、肩こりと腰痛症状を両方持つ被験者に対しては、学習パフォーマンスに影響を及ぼす症状が強い症状を優先することする。

1. Those who are participating (or plan to participate) in other studies or trials at the same time
2. Those who are participating (or plan to participate) in moxibustion therapy at the same time
3. Those who were deemed inappropriate for this study by the investigator
For subjects who have both neck and shoulder pain(katakori) and low back pain, priority shall be given to those symptoms that have a strong impact on learning performance.
