身体機能は、Short Physical Performance Battery（SPPB）、歩行速度.認知機能は、Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale-Cognitive Subscale（ADAS-cog）、Frontal Assessment Battery（FAB）、MMSEを計測する.

第一の群は、買い物を行うショッピング群である。買い物には理学療法士もしくは作業療法士が付き添い買い物を歩行で行い、身体活動や認知刺激を週1回、12週間行う.

The first group is the shopping group, in which shopping is done. The shopping is accompanied by a physical therapist or occupational therapist who performs the shopping with walking, and physical activity and cognitive stimulation are performed once a week for 12 weeks.

第2の群は、単純な運動や認知刺激を行う通常ケア群である. 通常ケア群も週1回、12週間行う.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

65歳以上の者、 Clinical Dementia Rating（CDR）1以上、SPPB 6点未満、自力で4 m以上歩行できる者、運動習慣のない者

65 years of age or older, Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) 1 or higher, SPPB less than 6, able to walk at least 4 m on their own, no exercise habits
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
日常的にショッピングに行っている者、神経変性疾患を有する者（パーキンソン病，パーキンソン症候群，脊髄小脳変性症，筋萎縮性側索硬化症，多系統萎縮症，進行性核上性麻痺）、著しく視覚もしくは聴覚が低下している者、重度の嚥下障害を有する者、半側空間無視、失語

Those who go shopping on a daily basis, those with neurodegenerative diseases (Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, spinocerebellar degeneration, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy), those with significantly impaired vision or hearing, those with severe dysphagia, hemispatial neglect, aphasia.
