骨移植術にて余った新鮮腸骨および骨髄組織からヒト初代細胞を単離・培養ならびに解析する技術を確立し、骨生物学の発展や様々な疾患の病態解明や治療法の確立に役立てようとする。

The applicants establish a technology to isolate/culture and analyze for human primary cells from fresh iliac bone and bone marrow tissue left over from bone transplantation and use them to treat various diseases. It is intended to be helpful in developing bone biology or elucidating pathologies and establishing treatment methods.
