本研究は神楽の動きを取り入れたエクササイズを主運動とする運動プログラムが住民の身体機能及び筋力、行動変容に及ぼす効果を明らかにすることを目的とする。

1.同意取得時において年齢が65歳以上の調査地域住民
2.運動制限のない者
3.本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた住民

1.Survey area residents who are 65 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent
2.Those who have no exercise restrictions
3.Residents who received sufficient explanation before participating in this study, and after obtaining adequate understanding, obtained the written consent of the person himself/herself.
