冠動脈石灰化狭窄病変に対する、ロータブレーターによる高速回転アテレクトミーおよび新型カッティングバルーン（Wolverine）による前治療後の薬剤溶出性バルーン（Agent）使用の、安全性と有効性を検討すること。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 心源性ショック、あるいは血行動態不安定症例
2) 7日以内の急性心筋梗塞
3) 対象血管2.0mm未満
4) ステント内再狭窄病変
5) 妊娠の可能性のある女性
6) その他、医師の判断により不適当と判断された患者

 2) Myocardial infarction within 7 days
3) Reference vessel diameter < 2.0 mm
4) In-stent restenoses
5) Women of childbearing potential
6) Other conditions judged inappropriate
