① 研究機関長の許可日～2024年2月29日までの間に脳神経内科疾患が疑われ対馬病院を受診した患者で、遠隔専門医療支援外来を受診することを承諾した患者。
② 入院／外来：問わない。
③ 性別：問わない。
④ 年齢：15歳以上。
⑤ 本研究への参加に当たり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人（または代諾者）の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者。

(1) Patients who visited Tsushima Hospital with suspected neurological disease between the date of approval by the director of the research institute and February 29, 2024, and who agreed to receive remote medical support outpatient service.
(2) Inpatient/outpatient: Any.
(3) Gender: Any gender.
(4) Age: 15 years old or older.
(5) Patients who have been fully informed about their participation in this study, and who have given their (or their surrogate's) free and voluntary written consent based on full understanding of the subject.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 遠隔専門医療支援外来を承諾しない患者。
② その他、研究者等が研究対象者として不適切と判断した患者
