産後ケア事業に参加する母親、絵本の読み聞かせを行うシニアボランティア、産後ケア事業の運営を行う助産師のうち、本研究への参加同意を得られた者。

Mothers participating in the postpartum care program, senior volunteers who provide picture book readings, and midwives who manage the postpartum care program, and those who have given their consent to participate in this study.
