介入群は、アート学習プログラムに6ヶ月間参加し（週1回90分のレッスン）、健康講演会にも参加します（研究期間中2回）。

(1) 65歳～74歳（登録時）
(2) 性別：男女問わない
(3) 絵画初心者の方（今までに義務教育の美術授業以外に絵画を習っていない方、今までに自身で絵画をされていない方）
(4) 研究参加について文書で同意を示すことができる方

(1) Aged 65-74 (at the time of registration)
(2) Gender: any gender
(3) Beginners in painting (those who have never studied painting other than in compulsory art classes, or who have never painted on their own before)
(4) Those who can give written consent to participate in the research.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1) インフォームド・コンセントが得られない方
(2) 認知症あるいは神経疾患の既往がある方
(3) 重度の視覚障害、聴覚障害を有する方
(4) 他の臨床研究に参加中の方
(5) その他、研究遂行が困難である方

(4) Those who are participating in other clinical studies
