20歳以上の2型糖尿病患者
セマグルチド1mgで治療を行っている患者
HbA1c6.5％以上、10.5％未満の患者
BMI22kg/m2以上の患者

Type 2 diabetes over 20 years old
Patients who have been treated with Semaglutide 1mg
Patients with HbA1c 6.5% or more and less than 10.5%
Patients with BMI 22kg/m2 or more
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1型糖尿病と診断された患者
慢性膵炎、急性膵炎の既往がある方
重症感染症を有する方
手術の必要性のある方
その他医師が不適切と判断された方

Patients with a history of chronic pancreatitis or acute pancreatitis
Patients with severe infections
Patients in need of surgery
Other patients deemed inappropriate by the physician
