本研究の目的は急性期病院の看護師を対象に，「事例検討に基づくせん妄・認知症ケア教育プログラム」を実施し，プログラム前後における看護師のせん妄・認知症ケアに関する自己効力感の変化から、プログラムの効果を明らかにすることである。

同意の得られた対象者に対し，2023／11／1から11／10の期間にせん妄と認知症ケアに関する学習会を開催する。その後2023／11／11から2024／2／10の期間に，事例検討会（せん妄や認知症ケア，身体拘束，成功事例等）を週２～３回，30分程度実施してもらうよう依頼し，実際に実施された回数や内容を観察する。介入前と介入終了直後，介入1ヵ月後のせん妄・認知症ケアに関する自己効力感について，アンケートにて情報を得る。得られたデータについて，前後比較を行う。
