実地診療（リアルワールド）において高血圧治療補助アプリを用いた治療を受けた高血圧症患者の背景や使用実態を調査し、治療効果を分析し、その適切な手法に関しても探索する。

2022年9月から2023年4月までの間に、CureApp HTを用いて治療を受けた成人の高血圧患者を対象とする。患者背景として、年齢、性別、体重、家庭血圧、血圧測定回数などを調査する。

We will enroll adult hypertensive patients receiving treatment with the digital therapeutics from September 2022 to April 2023.
Patients' backgrounds, including age, gender, weight, and blood pressure and its measurement counts, and other app-usage data will be investigated.
