研究対象者の所属する健康保険組合において実施した健康診断結果に基づいて、SOMPOヘルスサポート株式会社へ特定保健指導対象者として登録された者のうち、研究参加への意思表示があった者を対象とする。

The participants will be those who have been registered as persons eligible for specific health guidance based on the results of health examinations conducted by the health insurance association to which the subject belongs, and who have indicated their willingness to participate in the research.
