目的/Objectives

日本語
本計画では、①健常成人を対象に、②選択的に神経線維の刺激を行うことで、特定の繊維関連の心地よさに対応する脳反応を抽出する。③選択的刺激を行っていない場合と比較して、④特定の繊維に特有の潜時で現れる波形が観測できるかどうかを明らかにすることを目的とする。

In this study, (1) for healthy adult participants, (2) selective stimulation of nerve fibers to extract brain responses corresponding to specific fiber-related tactile comforts. The purpose of this study is to clarify whether (3) compairing to non nerve-fiber-specific stimulation, (4) specific waveforms can be found at specific latency and specific scalp site.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

日本語
頭皮上脳波計測により得られた電位変動が、特定の触感関連神経繊維の活動に対応した潜時として現れるかどうかを確認するとともに、その頭皮上分布を特定する。

Confirm whether the waveforms obtained by scalp electroencephalography appear as a specific latent time corresponding to the activity of specific tactile-related nerve fibers, and identify their scalp distribution.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

日本語
①頭皮上脳波計測により得られた電位変動が、特定の感性評価に対応して増減するかどうかを確認する。
②人の事前状態（性格傾向、皮膚状態含む）によって、特定の神経線維の活動及び感性評価が増減するかどうかを確認する。
③神経線維の反応強度（振幅）と相関して、心拍の拍動数や表情筋が増減するかどうか検証する。

(1) Confirm whether the waveforms obtained by scalp electroencephalography increases or decreases in response to a specific sensitivity evaluation.
(2) Confirm whether the activity of specific nerve fibers and the sensitivity evaluation increase or decrease depending on the person's prior state (personality tendencies).
(3) Comfirm correlation between the reaction intensity (amplitude) of nerve fibers and the number of heartbeats or facial muscles.

末梢神経電気刺激装置（PNS-5100; 日本光電社製）とその刺激電極（NM-983W; 日本光電社製）を用いて表面刺激電極により研究対象者に表皮に微小電流を流す。

Using peripheral nerve electrical stimulator (PNS-5100; Japan manufactured by Koden) and its stimulation electrode (NM-983W; Using Japan manufactured by Kodensha), epidermal electric stimulations are delivered to participants.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
●18歳～４０歳までの健常成人
●自由意思による研究参加の同意を本人から文書で取得可能な者。
●椅子の座り立ち動作がひとりできる程度の体力を有する方。
●脳卒中や虚血性心疾患などの循環器疾患の既往歴がない方。
●身長：145-190cm、体重： 90kg以下、腰幅： 40cm以下
●利き手：右利き(右利きへ矯正された方も不可)の方 。
●聴覚に障害がない方。
●身体、主に左手、左腕に怪我がない方。
●材質に関わらず、体内に何らかの金属製のものがない方。(ただし、歯の詰め物、かぶせ物は可。インプラントは不可。)
●頭部の手術を受けたことのない方。
●閉所恐怖症、又は暗所恐怖症を既往していない方。

-Healthy adults between 18 and 40 years old
-Those who can obtain written consent from the individual to participate in the research voluntarily.
-Those who are physically strong enough to stand and sit on a chair by themselves.
-People who have no history of cardiovascular disease such as stroke or ischemic heart disease.
-Height: 145-190cm, Weight: 90kg or less, Waist width: 40cm or less
-Handedness: Right-handed (those who have been corrected to be right-handed are not allowed).
-Those who have no hearing impairment.
-Those who have no injury to the body, mainly the left hand and left arm.
-Those who do not have any metal objects in their body, regardless of the material. (However, tooth fillings and crowns are permitted. Implants are not permitted.)
-Those who have never undergone head surgery.
-Those who do not have a history of claustrophobia or phobia of the dark.

●【不可】ヘルニア等で長時間同一姿勢を保てない方。
●【不可】薬を服用されている方。(風邪薬、神経伝達物質の働きをコントロールする薬など)
●【不可】アルコールにアレルギーのある方

-[Not allowed] Those who cannot maintain the same posture for a long time due to hernia.
-[Not allowed] Those who are taking medicine. (Cold medicines, medicines that control the function of neurotransmitters, etc.)
