COVID-19パンデミック前後で日本医科大学付属病院腎臓内科における腹膜透析患者の導入数、合併症、腹膜炎の発生を後顧的に診療録から収集しどのような変化があったかを検討する。
腹膜透析患者のCOVID-19パンデミック前後での導入や、合併症の変化を検討することで、今後の新興感染症流行時にどのような対策をとれば良いかを検討するための基礎データとすることを目的とする。

The number of inductions, complications, and peritonitis of peritoneal dialysis patients at the Department of Nephrology, Nippon Medical School Hospital, before and after the COVID-19 pandemic will be retrospectively collected from medical records to determine what changes have occurred.
The purpose of this study is to examine the changes in the number of inductions and complications of peritoneal dialysis patients before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, and to provide basic data for considering what countermeasures should be taken in the event of future outbreaks of emerging infectious diseases.

日本医科大学付属病院腎臓内科で腹膜透析に導入された患者の身長、体重、血圧、既往歴、腹膜炎の発生、カテーテル出口部スコアおよび採血データ（血清クレアチニン値、血清BUN値、血清総蛋白値、血清アルブミン値、ヘモグロビン、CRP）を診療録から収集し、後ろ向きに比較検討する。

During each of the above three years, height, weight, blood pressure, history, occurrence of peritonitis, catheter outlet score, and blood sampling data (serum creatinine level, serum BUN level, serum total protein level, serum albumin level, hemoglobin, and CRP) of patients who were inducted into peritoneal dialysis at the Department of Nephrology, Nippon Medical School Hospital, will be collected from medical records and compared retrospectively.
