オックスフォード大学のMBCP-4-NHSを基礎に開発した、日本版４週間オンラインプログラムの効果をランダム化比較試験により検証する。

Using a Japanese version of the 4-week online program developed based on the MBCP-4-NHS developed by the University of Oxford, we will verify the effectiveness of the program by conducting a randomized control trial.
