The inclusion criteria were: aged at least 65 years and capable of communicating in Japanese.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
認知症，定期的に運動教室に通う者，聴覚と視覚に障害のある者．

The exclusion criteria were: diagnosed with dementia; regularly attending a fitness center; participating in any type of structured exercise program; and having any type of hearing and/or visual impairment.
