目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究は当院ＳＣＵ病棟に入院された急性期脳血管障害患者に対して通常診療下において測定した四肢筋肉量・SMI・筋質などの体組成を用い、リハビリ開始時のデータから入院後４８時間以内に離床できた群（早期離床群）と離床に３日以上要した群（離床遅延群）の予後する因子を検討する

The purpose of this study was to examine the prognostic factors of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease admitted to our SCU ward in the group that was able to leave the bed within 48 hours after admission (early withdrawal group) and the group that took more than 3 days to leave the bed (delayed bed withdrawal group) based on the data at the start of rehabilitation using the body composition such as limb muscle mass, SMI, and muscle quality measured under regular medical care.

既往歴に脳血管疾患を持つ患者
体組成測定が困難な患者
本研究への対象とすることについて、研究者が不適切と判断した患者
本研究への参加に拒否の申し出があった患者
