試験物質継続摂取前にモノグルコシルヘスぺリジンの単回摂取試験(1 g)を実施した後、難消化性オリゴ糖(フラクトオリゴ糖 3 g)ならびにモノグルコシルヘスぺリジン(340 mg)を14日間継続摂取させる。14日後に再度、モノグルコシルヘスぺリジンの単回摂取試験を実施する。

After a single intake of monoglucosyl hesperidin (1 g) prior to continued consumption of the test substance, the subjects were given a continuous intake of non-digestible oligosaccharides (3 g fructooligosaccharides) and monoglucosyl hesperidin (340 mg) for 14 days. The subjects will then be tested again after 14 days.

1. 糖尿病、糖代謝異常、呼吸器疾患、慢性の消化器疾患、食物アレルギーのいずれかの既往歴
2. BMIが25.0以上
3. 喫煙者、過度の飲酒習慣を有する者
4. 妊娠・授乳中の者
5. 試験結果に影響する可能性のあると思われる医薬品、特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品、健康食品を日常的に摂取している者

英語
1. History of diabetes, abnormal glucose metabolism, respiratory disease, chronic gastrointestinal disease, or food allergy
2. BMI greater than 25.0
3. Smokers or those with excessive drinking habits
4. Pregnant or lactating mothers
5. Persons who routinely consume pharmaceuticals, foods for specified health uses, functional foods, or health foods that are thought to have the potential to affect test results
