主な結果/Results

日本語
ガイドラインに基づく支援の対象として、治療中断のおそれが高いもの、家族等を含む地域社会資源の乏しい者等が主たる対象であることが推察された。支援実績については自治体毎にばらつきはあるものの、ほとんどの自治体でガイドラインに基づく支援が行われていることが確認された。

It was estimated that prefectural governments were focusing on patients with a risk of withdrawal from continuous therapy or without adequate familial or social support as the subjects of assertive care based on the social life support guideline for mentally disordered patients. Most prefectures have performed assertive cases for some patients based on the guidelines.
