選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 腹部造影CT（造影剤が適応できない患者に対してはMRI 検査）で臨床的にcT1 （一部のcT1bを含む）腎癌と診断され、腎部分切除が可能である。
＊腹部造影CT のスライスは1 cm 以下とする。
2) 腹部造影CT（造影剤が適応できない患者に対してはMRI 検査）でリンパ節転移、他の腹腔内臓器への転移を認めていない（cN0, cM0）。
3) 胸部CT、骨シンチグラフィーで転移を認めていない（cM0）。
4) 単発腫瘍である。
5) 登録前6 週（42 日）以内の最新の検査値が下記の項目をすべてを満たす。
白血球数≧3000/μL, 血小板数≧10×104/μL, AST≦100 IU/L, ALT≦100 IU/L, 総ビリルビン≦2.0 mg/dL, 血清クレアチニン≦2.0 mg/dL
6) 同意取得時の年齢が満20 歳以上である。
7) 試験参加について、患者本人から文書で同意が得られている。

1) Clinically diagnosed as cT1 (including some cT1b) renal cancer by abdominal contrast-enhanced CT (or MRI examination for patients in whom contrast agents are not applicable), and partial nephrectomy is possible
2) No lymph node and metastasis to other intra-abdominal organs (cN0, cM0) by abdominal contrast-enhanced CT (MRI examination for patients who cannot adapt to contrast agents)
3) Chest CT and bone scintigraphy show no metastasis (cM0)
4) Single tumor
5) The latest test values within 6 weeks (42 days) before registration meet all of the criteria for the following items (WBC, Platelet, AST, ALT, T-Bil, Serum creatinine)
6) Aged 20 years or older at the time of informed consent
7) Written consent has been obtained from the patient to participate in the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 活動性の重複癌を有する。
2) 過去に腎移植歴を有する。
3) 6ヶ月以内に腎癌の治療を受けている。
4) 抗凝固剤の中止が不可能である。
5) 輸血を要する貧血または出血傾向を有する。
6) 病的肥満（BMI≧35）の患者である。
7) 透析を受けている患者である。
8) 妊婦または、妊娠している可能性のある女性または授乳中の女性である。
9) 精神疾患または精神症状を合併しており、試験への参加が困難と判断される。
10) その他の理由により、本試験に参加する医療機関の試験責任医師または試験分担医師が本試験への参加を不適格と判断する。

2) History of renal transplantation in the past
3) Receiving treatment for renal cancer within 6 months
4) Inability to discontinue anticoagulants
5) Anemia requiring blood transfusion or bleeding tendency
6) Patients with morbid obesity (BMI 35 over)
7) Patients undergoing dialysis
8) Pregnant women, women who may be pregnant, or women who are breastfeeding
9) Complications of psychiatric disease or psychiatric symptoms and judged to be difficult to participate in the study
10) Other reasons - the principal investigator or subinvestigator of the medical institution participating in this study determines that the participant is ineligible to participate in this study
