ジャスミン会（シロリムス新作用研究会）において、これまでに実施されたシロリムスの臨床試験データを集約したデータセット（データリポジトリ）を構築した。集約されたデータを利用し、さらなる多角的な検討を行い、安全にかつ適正に患者さんへ投与することを目的とする。

We have constructed a consolidated dataset (data repository) of the clinical trial data on sirolimus that has been conducted to date by the Jasmine Association (Sirolimus New Mechanism Research Group). The purpose is to utilize the aggregated data for further multifaceted examinations, with the aim of safely and appropriately administering it to patients.

シロリムスを用いる過去研究（以下4試験）に参加された患者及び健康成人
1．リンパ脈管筋腫症に対するSirolimus投与の安全性に関する他施設共同治験（MLSTS試験）/新潟大学医歯学総合病院
2．難治性リンパ管疾患に対するNPC-12T（シロリムス）の有効性及び安全性を検討する多施設共同第Ⅲ相医師主導治験（NPC-12T-LM試験）/岐阜大学医学部付属病院
3．難治性の脈管腫瘍・脈管奇形に対するNPC-12Tの（顆粒剤・錠剤）の有効性及び安全性を検討する多施設共同第Ⅲ相医師主導治験（NPC-12T-CVA試験）/岐阜大学医学部付属病院
4．難治性血管・リンパ管疾患に対するシロリムスの安全性及び有効性を検討する多施設共同非盲検非対照試験（SRL-ACV-01試験）/岐阜大学医学部付属病院

A multi-institutional, Phase III, investigator-initiated clinical trial to study the efficacy and safety of NPC-12T (Sirolimus) for refractory lymphatic disorders (NPC-12T-LM Trial) / Gifu University Hospital
A multi-institutional, Phase III, investigator-initiated clinical trial to study the efficacy and safety of NPC-12T (granules/tablets) for refractory vascular tumors and vascular malformations (NPC-12T-CVA Trial) / Gifu University Hospital
A multi-institutional, open-label, non-controlled trial to study the safety and efficacy of Sirolimus for refractory vascular and lymphatic disorders (SRL-ACV-01 Trial) / Gifu University Hospital
