尿閉を疑う症状（排尿困難感、尿量減少）を主訴として救急外来を受診

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
当院泌尿器科でのフォローができなかった。
初診時に入院・死亡・転院となった。
尿道カテーテルをすでに留置されていた。
すでに自己導尿をしていた。
尿道カテーテルによる減圧をしなかった。
残尿が300ml未満だった。
担当医により尿閉ではないと判断された。

単施設前向きコホート研究。
2023年6月1日から2027年3月31日に尿閉を疑う症状（排尿困難感、尿量減少）を主訴として当施設の救急外来を受診した患者で選択基準に合致した全員が対象。
尿閉に対しての導尿後、即座にカテーテルを抜去することが、カテーテル留置したままとすることに比較して、泌尿器科外来フォローまでの救急外来への予定外再受診と関連しているか調査する。

Single center prospective cohort study.
We are going to study all the patients who visit to the emergency department with urinary retention suspected-symptoms from June, 2023 to March, 2027 and meet the criteria.
We are going to investigate whether immediate removal of catheters for urinary retention after decompression is associated with unplanned return visit to the emergency department before follow up in the urology department compared with keeping catheters indwelled.
