・インターネット環境が利用できて、動画の視聴が可能な者（家族の援助によって視聴可能な者も含む）
・本研究の参加に関して本人からの同意が文書で得られる者

Those who have access to the Internet and are able to view the videos (including those who are able to view the videos with the assistance of family members)

・運動を禁止されるような疾患を有する者やその既往がある者
・これまでに認知機能に問題があると診断された者
・その他、研究責任者または研究分担者が不適当と認めた者
