最大60分のヨガプログラム　（複数のヨガのポーズならびに呼吸法および瞑想で構成される）をヨガインストラクターの対面指導に従って行う。

・年齢18-65歳(登録時)の健康な成人男女
・ヨガを定期的に行っていない者
・研究参加について本人の文書による同意が得られた者

- Healthy adult men and women between the ages of 18 and 65 (at the time of enrollment)
- Persons who do not regularly practice yoga
- Persons who have given their written consent to participate in the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

呼吸機能・身体活動に影響を与える可能性のある疾患を有する者: 呼吸器疾患・胃食道逆流症・上気道炎症・アンジオテンシン変換酵素阻害薬 (ACE阻害薬)、モルヒネま たは市販の咳止め薬服薬者・声帯結節・悪性腫瘍・腎機能障害・肝疾患・高血圧 (160/100mmHg以上)・ 脳血管疾患・骨格筋障害・整形外科疾患・慢性疼痛・妊娠中、妊娠の可能性がある、産後28日以内のい ずれかに該当する女性・現在喫煙者・認知機能障害または精神機能障害を有する者・本研究への参加を 拒否した者・医師が研究参加に対して不適切と判断した者

Patients with diseases that may affect respiratory function and physical activity: respiratory disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, upper respiratory tract inflammation, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE inhibitors), morphine or over-the-counter cough medicines, vocal nodules, malignant tumor, renal dysfunction, liver disease, hypertension (160/100 mmHg or higher), cerebrovascular disease, skeletal muscle disorder, orthopedic disease, chronic pain, women who are pregnant, may be pregnant, have cognitive impairment or mental dysfunction, current smokers, and those who have any of the following Current smokers, women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or within 28 days postpartum, current smokers, those with cognitive or mental dysfunction, those who refused to participate in this study, and those who were deemed inappropriate by the physician to participate in the study.
