痛み評価：痛みに関連する質問紙PainDETECT(痛みの部位、痛みの程度、痛みの経過、痛みの感じ方)、運動恐怖（TSK）、破局的思考（PCS）、中枢性感作（CSI）、疼痛生活障害（PDAS）などの主観的な評価と定量的感覚検査（QST）：圧痛計（痛覚閾値,PPT）
