選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
1) 既知の胃上皮性腫瘍病変を有し、上部消化管内視鏡検査または上部消化管内視鏡治療を予定する患者
2) 胃上皮性腫瘍病変は病理学的（group3, group4またはgroup5）に診断された病変とする
3) 自由意思による研究参加の同意を本人から文書で取得可能な患者

1) Patient with known gastric epithelial tumors scheduling endoscopic examination or treatment
2) Gastric epithelial tumors diagnosed as gastric epithelial tumors from biopsy specimen
3) Patients who have given written consent of their own free will based on sufficient understanding
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 研究責任者が被験者として不適当と判断あるいは同意が得られない患者
2) 進行胃癌を有する患者
3) 狭窄により内視鏡通過困難な患者
4) 胃外科手術後の患者
5) 胃癌治療後の遺残または再発病変を有する患者
6) 抗血栓薬内服により生検が不可能と判断された患者。
7) 妊婦又は授乳中の女性。

1) Patients who are deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator
2) Patients with advanced gastric cancer
3) Patients with severe stricture which is incapable of endoscopic insertion
4) Patients with a history of gastrectomy
5) Patients with residual or recurrent gastric cancer
6) Patients with contraindication of biopsy due to antithrombotic agents
7) Women in the pregnant or lactation period
