強化栄養群には、連日たんぱく質を3食均等かつ強化した病院給食（たんぱく質1.5g/kgBW/日）を提供する。

In the intensive nutrition group, 3 equal and enhanced protein meals (protein 1.5g/kgBW/day) are provided every day.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)　65歳以上かつ回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院する患者
(2)　筋量または握力が低下した者
(3)　経口摂取が可能な者

(1) Patients who are 65 years old or older and who are admitted to the Recovery Rehabilitation Ward
(2) Subjects who have decreased muscle mass or grip strength
(3) Subjects who can take oral intake

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)　重篤な心疾患、腎疾患、肝疾患を有する者
(2)　ステロイド使用中の者
(3)　認知症や精神疾患などで食事指導の遵守・評価が困難な者
(4)　心臓ペースメーカーまたは植込み型除細動器等の植込み者
(5)　研究実施責任者又は研究分担者が本臨床研究に不適当と判断した者

(1) Subjects with serious heart disease, renal disease, or liver disease
(2) Those who are using steroids
(3) Individuals who have difficulty observing and evaluating dietary guidance due to dementia, mental illness, etc.
(4) Those who have implanted cardiac pacemakers or implanted cardioverter-defibrillators
(5) Individuals who are deemed inappropriate for this clinical study by the research implementation supervisor or research co-investigator
