客観的評価が少ない美容鍼灸分野で、新規皮膚タルミ測定法を用いたRCTにて、美容鍼灸によって頬部皮膚のタルミが改善するかを検討する。

We will conduct an RCT using a novel skin acupuncture measurement method for cosmetic acupuncture with little objective evaluation, and examine the effect of cosmetic acupuncture intervention on improving the sagging skin on cheeks.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

健康女性20名で、採用基準を満たした者とする。

20 healthy women who meet the recruitment criteria.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

皮膚疾患のある者、鍼灸治療に不安感のある者、糖尿病患者、体力が低下している者、自己免疫疾患のある者、動脈硬化症など血管に障害がある者、出血性疾患のある者、ワーファリン服用者、鬱血しやすい者、1ヶ月以内に美容鍼灸の施術を受けた者、月経期間中の者。加えて、3ヶ月以内に基礎化粧品、健康食品、漢方薬等皮膚に影響を与える薬物等の種類や使用量の変更を行った者。

Those with skin diseases, those who are anxious about acupuncture treatment, diabetic patients, those who are physically weak, those who have autoimmune diseases, those who have vascular disorders such as arteriosclerosis, those who have bleeding disorders, those who take warfarin, those who are prone to congestion, those who have received cosmetic acupuncture within one month, and those who are in the menstrual period. In addition, those who have changed the type and amount of drugs that affect the skin, such as basic cosmetics, health foods, and herbal medicines, within 3 months.
