慢性期病棟に入院中で経腸栄養を使用している寝たきりの慢性便秘症患者に対し、アイソカル ファイブケアを8週間使用した場合の、慢性便秘症に対する影響を、既存の経腸栄養剤と比較検討する。

To compare the effects of ISOCAL Fibecare with an existing enteral nutrition on chronic constipation in bedridden patients with chronic constipation using enteral nutrition and admitted to a chronic care ward for eight weeks.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
1）6ヶ月以上寝たきりの長期入院患者
2）自力で排便が困難な患者
3）20歳以上の患者で性別は問わない
4）同意取得4週間以上前から、メイバランス1.5にて経腸栄養中の患者
5）慢性便秘症診断基準「RomeⅣ」で機能性便秘（例：自発的な排便回数が週3回未満and/or排便困難感あり）と診断された患者
6）文書による同意取得可能な患者

1.Long-term hospitalized patients who have been bedridden for more than 6 months
2.Patients who have difficulty defecating on their own
3.Patients over 20 years of age, regardless of gender
4.Patients who have been on enteral feeding with Maibalance 1.5 for at least 4 weeks prior to obtaining consent
5.Patients diagnosed with functional constipation according to Rome IV diagnostic criteria for chronic constipation
6.Patients with written consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1）器質性便秘、機能性イレウス、鼠経ヘルニアの患者または疑われる患者
2）研究責任医師が研究対象者として不適切と判断した患者

1.Patients with or suspected of having organic constipation, functional ileus, or inguinal hernia
2.Patients deemed inappropriate as study subjects by the principal investigator
