食品摂取の多様性スコア(以下、DVS)をチェックするオンラインアプリ『バランス日記』の使用と定期的な健康教室の開催(栄養指導や軽運動プログラムを提供)を組み合わせた介入プログラムが、効果的にDVSを上げ、ひいてはフレイル予防につながるかどうかを一般の高齢者を対象にして検討すること

Purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of using the online application "Baransu-Nikki" and combined program of nutrition and moderate exercise on improvement of dietary variety score(DVS) leading to frailty prevention in community dwelling older adults.

日本語
オンラインアプリ『バランス日記』に、DVSを構成する10食品群のうち食べた食品を毎日記録する。(介入期間３ヶ月間のうち、原則、各月指定した2週間記録をしてもらう)
介入期間中、2週間に1回開催される教室(栄養指導と軽運動を組み合わせた2時間のプログラム)に参加する。

Recording all foods consumed each day among 10 food items on the top screen of the online application "Baransu-Nikki", in principle every two weeks during 3-month intervention. And also, participation in the combined program of nutritional advise with moderate exercise which takes place every two weeks, each two hours duration.

Holder of smartphone which can be downloaded the application "Baransu-Nikki" and those who do not receive supervised nutritional advise in clinic or hospital.
