プレテストからポストテストの変化量では、介入群は、コントロール群に比べて知識（t =14.13、p = < .001）、スキル（B = -1.50、p = 0.001）、自信（B = -8.38、p =< .001）の得点が有意に高かった。態度得点では、有意差がなかった（B = -3.43、p = 0.15）。プレテストからフォローアップテストの変化量では、介入群は、コントロール群に比べて態度（B = -8.56、p = <.001）、知識（B = -2.78、p = < .001）、スキル（t =2.66、p = 0.008）、自信（t =5.75、p = < .001）の全ての得点が有意に高かった。

For the intervention group the mean change from pre-test to post-test, significantly increased for knowledge (p =< .001), skills (p = 0.001), and confidence (p =< .001) scores, but there was no significant difference in attitude score (p = 0.15). Likewise, for the mean change from pre-test to follow-up test, the intervention group significantly increased their attitude (p = <.001), knowledge (p = < .001), skills (p = 0.008) and confidence (p = < .001).

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics

看護師経験年数の平均値は、介入群で11.2年（±8.4）、コントロール群で12.2年（±9.6年）であった。外国人看護師と働いた経験については、現在一緒に働いている者が両群ともに13人（介入群21.7%、コントロール群21.7%）で、過去に働いた経験がある者は、介入群で7人（11.7%）、コントロール群で8人（13.3％）であった。外国人看護師の指導経験がある者は、介入群で11人（18.3%）、コントロール群で16人（26.7％）であり、海外居住経験がある者は、介入群で14人（23.3%）、コントロール群で15人（25.0％）であった。

The mean number of years of nursing experience was 11.2 years in the intervention group and 12.2 years in the control group. Regarding experience working with foreign nurses, 13 (21.7%) in the intervention group and 21.7% in the control group in both groups were currently working together, and 7 (11.7%) in the intervention group and 8 (13.3%) in the control group had worked with them in the past. Eleven (18.3%) of the intervention group and 16 (26.7%) of the control group had taught foreign nurses, and 14 (23.3%) of the intervention group and 15 (25.0%) of the control group had lived abroad.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

研究参加者のプレテストの回答が集まるごとに、第三者に最小化法を用いたランダム割り付けを依頼した。合計10回の割り付けを実施した結果、介入群60人、コントロール群60人に割り付けられた。
介入群の参加者60人のうち、1人はworkshop参加希望日への返答がなく、1人はworkshop開催日に欠席した。2人とも研究終了までに連絡が取れず、workshopへ参加しなかったため、ポストテスト以降の回答が得られなかった。コントロール群の参加者60人のうち、1人はポストテスト以降の回答がなく、2人はフォローアップテストに回答しなかった。また、研究への参加同意を撤回した者はいなかった。

Through random assignment using the minimization method, 120 participants were assigned to the intervention and control groups.
Two of the intervention group participants did not attend the workshop and did not respond to the pre-test and beyond. One participant in the control group did not respond to the post-test and two did not respond to the follow-up test. No participants withdrew their consent to participate in the study.
