日本語
本研究の目的は，脳卒中片麻痺者の歩行獲得のために開発された歩行支援ロボットの機能特性について，バイオメカニクス的側面から明らかにすることです．具体的には，対象者である脳卒中片麻痺者の下肢の麻痺をステージ別に分け，歩行支援ロボットを使用した歩行中における麻痺側下肢の筋活動および身体の重心変位の特徴を明らかにすることです．そして，脳卒中片麻痺者に歩行支援ロボットを使用した介入前後の効果検討を行い，歩行支援ロボットの臨床応用への有効性について明らかにしたいと考えています．

The purpose of this study is to clarify the functional characteristics of a walking support robot developed for stroke paraplegics from a biomechanical point of view. Specifically, the research aims to clarify the characteristics of muscle activity and displacement of the center of gravity of the paralyzed hemiplegic stroke victim's lower limbs during walking using the walking robot. We would also like to examine the effectiveness of the gait support robot for stroke paraplegics before and after the intervention, and to clarify the effectiveness of the robot for clinical application.

脳卒中片麻痺者で，リハビリテーションプログラムで歩行練習を実施している者．歩行レベルは，介助または自立での歩行が可能．下肢の麻痺が，Brunnstrom recovery stageⅡ～Ⅵの者．

Hemiplegic stroke patients who are practicing gait in the rehabilitation program. The patient must be able to walk with assistance or independently. The paralysis of the lower limb is Brunnstrom recovery stage II to VI.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

歩行支援ロボットでの歩行が，困難な者．意識障害や失語症により口頭指示による理解が困難な者．

Persons who have difficulty walking with a gait-assist robot. Those who have difficulty in understanding verbal instructions due to impaired consciousness or aphasia.
