本研究の目的は、訪問看護ステーションを利用している患者とその家族の訪問記録等を用いて、以下の特徴を明らかにすることである。
1）訪問看護ステーション利用開始時の医学的な特性（年齢、性別、病名、医療機器の使用など）
2) 訪問看護サービスで評価する患者・家族の症状や状態、知識、行動、状況、ケアプラン
3) 訪問看護ステーション利用後1年間のサービス利用状況

To identify the following characteristics of the patients and their families who receive home health care services from home-visit nursing agencies using medical records.
1) Medical characteristics at the time of starting to use the home nursing station (ex. age, gender, disease,and use of medical device)

2017 年1 月1 日から2022 年12 月31 日までに、WyL 株式会社の訪問看護ステーションのサービスを受けた人の中で、次の基準をすべて満たす人
・ WyL 株式会社ウィル訪問看護ステーションの2 事業所（江戸川事業所、浦和事業所）の利用者
・ 2017 年1 月1 日から2021 年12 月31 日までに初回訪問が行われ人
・ 電子カルテシステムに訪問サービスを提供したときに得た情報が登録されている人

Users who received home health care services from WyL Inc. from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2022 and who meet all of the following criteria:
1) Those who received the services from the Edogawa or Urawa Office of home-visit nursing agencies in WyL Inc.
2) Those who received the first visit of home care nursing between 1 January 2017 and 31 December 2021.
3) Those whose medical records were registered in the electrical medical record system

1. 研究デザイン：後ろ向きコホート研究
2. 対象者の基準
1) 適格基準：2017 年1 月1 日から2022 年12 月31 日までに、WyL 株式会社の訪問看護ステーションのサービスを受けた人の中で、次の基準をすべて満たす人
・ WyL 株式会社ウィル訪問看護ステーションの2 事業所（江戸川事業所、浦和事業所）の利用者
・ 2017 年1 月1 日から2021 年12 月31 日までに初回訪問が行われ人
・ 電子カルテシステムに訪問サービスを提供したときに得た情報が登録されている人
2) 除外基準
・ 本研究の目的でデータを利用することについて辞退の旨の申し出があった人
3. 統計学的事項
1) 利用者の利用開始時の属性情報
・連続データの変数に対しては平均値、標準偏差、パーセンタイル値を算出する。離散データの変数に対しては、頻度と割合を算出する。
・オマハシステムの 3 つのドメイン（Problem, intervention, outcome）は 5 段階のリッカートスケールであるため、データの分布を確認し、頻度・割合、および、平均値・標準偏差を算出する。
・これらの情報を用いたサブグループごとに集計する。設定するサブグループは、年齢区分（～6 歳、7～18 歳、19～49 歳、50～64 歳、65～74 歳、75 歳以上）等を用いる。
2) 訪問看護ステーションの情報
・所属するスタッフの属性（看護師、理学療法士、作業療法士、言語聴覚士等）の人数・割合と年齢
・事業所単位の利用者数、および、事業所の開所時期を記述する
3) 訪問看護ステーション利用後1年後の利用状況
・利用開始後の日数のヒストグラム、および、四分位を算出する
・1)の属性情報を用いたサブグループごとに、利用状況の区分（入院・入所による終了、治癒等による利用終了、死亡による終了）のカプランマイヤー曲線を作成する

1. Study design: Retrospective cohort study
2. Statistical methods
1) Characteristics at the start of the user's use.
- Mean, standard deviation, and percentile values are calculated for continuous data variables.Frequencies and percentiles are calculated for categorical data variables.
- The three domains of the Omaha system (Problem, intervention, and outcome) with a five-point Likert scale will be addressed for both continuous and categorical data, taking into account the distribution of data.
- These data are calculated by some subgroups including age groups(- 6years, 7-18 years, 19-49 years, 50-64 years, 65-74 years, and 75 years-).
2) Administrative data of the home-visit nursing agencies
- The following variables are tabulated: the number and percentage of staff members including nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists,and speech therapis, and their age.
- The number of users per office and date of opening the office are described.
3) One-year outcome after using the home nursing station One-year usage from the date of first use
- The number of days until the end of use is calculated using a histogram and the quartiles.
4) Utilization of the home-visit care services for one year
- The histogram and quartiles of days after starting of use of the home-visit care services are described.
- The Kaplan-Meier curves of utilization status including the end due to hospitalisation/admission, cure, and death) are displayed with some subgroups.
