1967年から2022年5月16日までにPubMed、1982年から2022年8月31日までにIchushi-Web（日本語医学文献データベース、以下Ichu-shi）に掲載された、日本の19～64歳の働く女性の健康問題を調査した原著論文のスコープレビューを行った。1,300万件以上のデータを含む「Ichushi-Web」は，1903年以降に日本で発表された医学文献情報を蓄積してきた日本医学抄録学会（JAMAS）によって構築された。この2つのデータベースを選択したのは、日本語で発表された働く日本人女性の健康問題に関する論文と英語で発表された論文の間に、研究分野、数、質において違いがあるかどうかを調べることが目的であったからである。包含基準は、1)原著であること、2)働く女性の健康問題を調査したものであること、3)19-64歳の日本の働く女性を対象としたものであること、である。除外基準には、1)解説/レター/紀要/proceeding/学会・会議報告/症例報告/プロトコルとして発表されたもの、2)就労に関連しないもの、3)臨床試験や臨床実験を含む臨床的問題に焦点を当てたもの、4)身体実験や動物実験を含むもの、5)乳幼児/小児/学生に焦点を当てたもの、6)高齢者集団に焦点を当てたもの、7)国際比較研究を含む海外の環境で行われたもの、が含まれた。本レビューのプロトコールはUMINに登録されている（第000051075号）。

We conducted a scoping review of original articles that investigated health issues.

図1にPRISMAフロー図を示す。上記の検索語を用いてデータベース検索を行った結果、英語論文17,122編、日本語論文6,154編が得られた。PubMed検索では、タイトル検索を行い、英語以外の言語（n=2,688）、外国の設定（n=5,551）、解説・レター（n=283）、臨床研究（n=9,343）、幼児・児童・学生（n=399）、高齢者（n=489）のいずれかの条件に該当する場合は除外した。次に、残りの2,367本の抄録を読み、仕事との関連性がない1,511本（n=462）、特定の参加者（n=383）、男性労働者のみ（n=27）、対象外（n=777）の論文を除外した。特定対象者とは、災害経験者、ヒト免疫不全ウイルス、コロナウイルス、インフルエンザなどの感染症罹患者、終末期介護者、定年退職後の女性、遺族介護者、臓器移植看護師、医師・看護師1年目、精神科病棟勤務の看護師など、業務が専門性の高い医療従事者、最小限の専門領域の看護師などであった。最終的に、853件の英文研究をスコープ・レビューの対象とした。一市では、タイトル検索を行い、日本語以外の言語の研究（n=1370）、研究の舞台が日本でない場合、または研究参加者が日本人でない場合（n=56）、解説／レター／会報／プロシーディング／学会・会議報告／プロトコール（n=890）、「患者」と臨床に関連する問題を調査したもの（n=1561）、幼児／小児／学生（n=150）、高齢者（n=209）を除外した。残りの2,501編のうち、抄録を検索し、業務に関連しないもの（n=532）、特定の参加者（n=764）、男性のみ（n=40）、焦点から外れたもの（n=597）を除外した。最終的に、855の日本語論文をスコープレビューの対象とした。3名の研究者（KN、MA、KM）が独立して文献検索を行い、食い違いがあればチームメンバーと協議した。

Figure 1 shows the PRISMA flow diagram. The database search with the above search words yielded 17,122 English-language articles and 6,154 Japanese-language articles. In the PubMed search, we performed a title search and excluded when any of the following conditions were met: languages other than English (n=2,688), foreign settings (n=5,551), commentary/letter (n=283), clinical studies (n=9,343), infants/children/students (n=399), and older adults (n=489). Next, we read the abstract of the remaining 2,367 and excluded 1,511 articles that had no relevance to work (n=462), specific participants (n=383), men workers only (n=27), and out-of-scope (n=777). Specific participants included those who experienced disasters, had infectious diseases, such as Human Immunodeficiency Virus, Coronavirus, influenza, end-of-life caregivers, women after retirement, medical personnel whose work is very specialized, for example, bereaved caregivers, a nurse with organ transplantation, first-year medical doctors and nurses, and in a minimal area of specialty, including nurses working at a psychiatric ward. Finally, we included 853 studies in English in the scoping review. In Ichu-shi, we performed a title search and excluded studies in languages other than Japanese (n=1370), when the study setting was not Japan or the study participants were not Japanese (n=56), a commentary/ letter/bulletin/proceeding/conference or meeting reports/protocol (n=890), investigated "patients" and clinically relevant issues (n=1,561), infants/children/students (n=150), or elderly (n=209). Among the remaining 2,501 articles, we retrieved abstracts and excluded those not relevant to work (n=532), specific participants (n=764), men-only (n=40), or out-of-focus (n=597). Finally, we included 855 Japanese language articles for a scoping review. Three investigators (KN, MA, and KM) independently searched the literature and any discrepancy were discussed with the team members.

9つの領域は、2008年に働く女性の健康が策定した「男女労働者の健康な職場づくりのためのチェックリスト」の38項目12と、2017年に経済産業省が実施した「働く女性の健康づくりに関する調査」の21項目4から、女性を支援・ケアするための項目を参考に作成した。9つの領域は、産業保健のどの領域が不足しているのか、今後どのような研究を積み重ねていく必要があるのかを明らかにすることを目的とし、日本産業衛生学会第94回大会・シンポジウムで専門家や学会員との意見交換の結果、決定された13。

Nine research areas of eligible articles
The nine areas were developed regarding 38 items from the Checklist for Creating Healthy Workplaces for Men and Women Workers developed by the working women health in 200812 and 21 items from the "Survey on Health Promotion for Working Women" conducted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 20174 to support and care for women. The nine areas aimed to clarify which areas of occupational health are lacking and what kind of research needs to be accumulated in the future and were determined by the result of exchanging opinions with experts and academic members at the 94th Congress and symposium of the Japan Society for Occupational Health.13 W
