本研究では、健常者の糞便や体液（唾液、尿など）とその細菌叢および代謝産物をシンバイオティクス介入前後で解析することで、健常者におけるシンバイオティクスの細菌叢の変化を明らかにすることを目的とする。

The aim of this study is to analyze feces and body fluids (saliva, urine, etc.) and their bacterial flora and metabolites before and after synbiotics intervention in healthy subjects.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 本研究の参加にあたり、十分な説明を受けた後に、十分な理解の上に、本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた健常者
2. 同意取得時に18歳以上の健常者
3. 基礎疾患がなく、定期通院歴もしていない者。

1. Healthy subjects who have received sufficient explanation before participating in this study, and have obtained written consent by their own free will with sufficient understanding.
2. Healthy subjects aged 18 at the time of consent.
3. No underlying medical condition and no history of regular hospital visits.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

これまでに何らかの基礎疾患を診断され、入院および通院による診療を受けている者は除外する。または抗生物質の服用をしている場合は除外する。
その他、研究責任者、研究分担者が不適切と判断した者。
