入院高齢患者へのホットパックを用いた前腕温罨法後の駆血帯の装着による静脈拡張効果を，駆血帯の装着のみと比較して明らかにする.

症状や治療により前腕への介入が困難な患者
末梢動脈疾患を有する患者

Patients who have difficulty intervening in their forearm due to symptoms or treatment
Patients with peripheral arterial disease
