糖尿病患者教育介入により行動変容を促し，運動継続を視座した介入効果の検証のために，糖尿病集団教育において運動セルフ・エフィカシーの変化を検討すること．更には型式種別の異なる教育介入の実施において，その変化に差があるか否かを検証すること

To examine changes in exercise self-efficacy in diabetes group education in order to verify the effects of interventions that promote behavior change through diabetes patient education interventions and from the perspective of continuing exercise, and to verify whether there are differences in changes in educational interventions of different types of educational interventions.

講義群では，2型糖尿病の疫学的概論，運動療法の効果，運動実施方法を30分程度の講義型式にて対象者へ１度教育介入を実施した

参加型群は，講義型教室の内容に付随し，ストレッチ，筋力トレーニング，有酸素運動を30分程度の時間を用いて実施した．参加型教室における運動内容は，基本的に参加者全員に同一のものを行う集団教育とした

糖尿病教室への参加同意が得られ，重篤な合併症を発症しておらず医師により安全に運動実施が出来ると判断された2型糖尿病患者

Type 2 diabetic patients who have received consent to participate in diabetes classes, have not developed serious complications, and are judged by a doctor to be able to exercise safely
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

②複数回参加した患者については2回目以降のデータを除外
