帝王切開術後の女性の身体活動量と身体回復の程度との関係を明らかにすることである。また身体活動量が筋力・姿勢・疼痛といった身体機能と関連しているかどうかを調査することである。

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the amount of physical activity and the degree of physical recovery in women after cesarean section. The purpose is also to investigate whether the amount of physical activity is related to physical functions such as muscle strength, posture, and pain.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

単胎妊娠、20～50歳、予定帝王切開術による出産のため入院している方、自由意思による研究参加の同意を本人から文書で取得可能な方

Single pregnancy, twenty to fifty years old, Those who are hospitalized for childbirth due to scheduled Caesarean section, Those who are able to obtain written consent for participation in the study from the subject of their own free will.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
理学療法介入が中止もしくは個別に安静度の指示がある方、日本語を母国語としない方、新生児がNeonatal Intensive Care Unitに入院している方、妊娠中のEdinburgh Postnatal Depression Scaleが9点以上の方

Those for whom physiotherapy intervention has been discontinued or individualized bed rest instructions have been given, Non-native speakers of Japanese, Those whose newborns are admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Those with an Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale score of nine or higher during pregnancy.
