新型コロナウイルス感染患者（同ウイルスに感染した病院スタッフを含む）の治療・療養の状況を解析し、医療逼迫の程度と診療への影響を調査した上で、適切な医療を提供できるよう調整するため、障害となる数々の問題点を抽出する。

The situation of treatment and recuperation of patients infected with the new coronavirus (including hospital staff infected with the virus) will be analyzed to identify a number of obstacles and problems in order to coordinate the provision of appropriate medical care after investigating the extent of the medical crunch and its impact on medical care.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下の選択基準を全て満たす者を対象とする。
PCR検査・抗原検査などにより新型コロナウィルス感染症の確定診断が得られ、東京慈恵医科大学葛飾医療センターにおいて、入院・外来で診療された、あるいは療養を指示した患者（同ウイルスに感染した病院スタッフを含む）。
(1) いずれかの診療科のカルテがあり当院での診察記録のある患者を対象とする。
(2) 18歳以上、100歳以下の患者。

Patients who meet all of the following selection criteria will be included in the study
Patients who have a confirmed diagnosis of novel coronavirus infection by PCR or antigen test, etc., and who were treated at the Jikei University Katsushika Medical Center on an inpatient or outpatient basis, or for whom medical care was ordered (including hospital staff infected with the same virus).
(1) Patients with a medical record of any department and a record of consultation at this hospital are eligible.
(2) Patients over 18 years old and under 100 years old.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下の除外基準のいずれかに抵触する者を対象から除外する。
(1)研究の参加拒否を申し出た者
(2)他院で確定診断され、隔離期間中について当院での病歴記録のない患者。

Persons who violate any of the following exclusion criteria will be excluded from the study
(1) Patients who have refused to participate in the study.
(2) Patients with a confirmed diagnosis at another hospital and no record of their medical history at this hospital during the period of isolation.

主な結果/Results
日本語
COVID-19感染が確認された1899例のうち、397例（20.9％）が病院勤務者であった。これら397例のうち、71例、156例、119例の病院勤務者がそれぞれ第6波（2022年1月～3月）、第7波（2022年7月～9月）、第8波（2022年11月～2023年2月）に感染した。COVID-19感染による病院勤務者の休職率は、密接な接触による休職を除くと、感染者数が最も多かった第7波で6.3％であった。
COVID-19感染リスクの高い医療従事者の背景を再評価し、配置の分散や休暇の制限によって勤務スケジュールを積極的に調整する必要があるかもしれない。

Of the 1899 patients with confirmed COVID-19 infection, 397 (20.9%) were hospital workers.
