脊髄くも膜下硬膜外併用麻酔により帝王切開術を受けた経験のある患者に対し、くも膜下腔内モルヒネ投与による脊髄くも膜下麻酔で帝王切開を行い、どちらの麻酔満足度が高いかを調査する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1) 脊髄くも膜下麻酔下での帝王切開術を受ける患者。
2) 前回の帝王切開における麻酔法が脊髄くも膜下硬膜外併用麻酔で、術後鎮痛法が持続硬膜外鎮痛法であることが確認できた患者。
3) 同意時の年齢が18歳以上である。
4) 研究参加について本人から文書で同意が得られている。

1) Patients undergoing cesarean section under spinal anesthesia.
2) Patients whose previous cesarean section anesthesia was spinal epidural combined anesthesia and whose postoperative analgesia method was continuous epidural analgesia.
3) Age 18 years or older at the time of consent.
4) Written consent to participate in the study has been obtained from the patient.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）超緊急手術
2）モルヒネ塩酸塩、フェンタニル、ブピバカインにアレルギーのある患者に対してアレルギーのある患者
3）脊髄くも膜下麻酔により十分な麻酔効果が得られず、麻酔法が変更となった患者

1)Extremely emergent cesarean section(We had no time for explanation).
2)Patients who have an allergy to morphine, fentanyl, or bupivacaine.
3)Anesthesia was changed due to inadequate anesthetic effect of spinl anesthesia.
