体外式腹部超音波検査もしくは呼気検査を用いて、芍薬甘草湯ならび、その他腸薬剤の内服前後での腸管蠕動を評価して、腸管収縮に対する影響の評価を行う

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

日本語
腸管径を長軸方向に描出された腸管の径を測定して腸管径（最大径）を内服前後で測定する。
呼気検査結果による水素濃度やメタンガス濃度の上昇値を評価する。

Measure the intestinal diameter (maximum diameter) by measuring the diameter of the intestinal tract drawn in the longitudinal direction before and after taking drug.
Evaluate the elevated values of hydrogen and methane gas concentrations by breath test results.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
腹部違和感のある成人、または消化管蠕動抑制作用を有する薬剤を内服している患者とする。

英語
Adults with abdominal discomfort or patients taking drugs that inhibit gastrointestinal peristalsis.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 明らかな感染，炎症を有する症例
2) 重篤な合併症（腸管麻痺，腸閉塞，間質性肺炎または肺線維症，コントロールが困難な糖尿病，腎不全，肝硬変など）を有する症例
3) 食道、胃、十二指腸、大腸術後、炎症性腸疾患の症例
4) 医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した症例
5) 20歳未満

1) obvious infection or inflammation, , 2) serious complications (intestinal paralysis, intestinal obstruction, interstitial pneumonia or pulmonary fibrosis, diabetes mellitus that is difficult to control, renal failure, liver cirrhosis), 3) postoperative inflammatory bowel disease of esophagus, stomach, duodenum, or large intestine, 4) deemed by the physician to be inappropriate for this study, 5) Under 20 years old
