選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下のいずれか1つ以上該当する者
1. Friedらのフレイルの評価基準（体重減少：半年で2～3Kg、主観的疲労感、身体活動量の減少、身体能力（歩行速度<1.0m/秒）の減弱、筋力（握力：男性＜28Kg、女性＜18Kg）の低下）
2. 口腔機能低下（口渇、むせる、固いものが食べにくくなった）
3. 認知機能低下（物忘れ）

Individuals who have at least one of the following
1. Fried et al.'s criteria for assessment of frailty (weight loss: 2-3 kg in 6 months, subjective fatigue, decreased physical activity, decreased physical ability (walking speed <1.0 m/sec), decreased muscle strength (grip strength: men <28 Kg, women <18 Kg)
2. Decreased oral function (dry mouth, swallowing, difficulty eating hard foods)
3. cognitive function decline (memory loss)
