介入群は従来の介護予防サービスに加えて通所型短期集中予防サービスを追加的に利用する。通所型短期集中予防サービスでは、リハビリテーション専門職と対象者が1対1で面談をする。生活機能等を改善するための日々の過ごし方や見直し等を随時行い、行動変容を狙って行う。面談に加えて、自主トレーニングの確認や口腔機能向上プログラム、社会参加を促す支援も同時に提供される。

The intervention group will additionally use reablement services in addition to the traditional care prevention services. In reablement services, the subject has a session with the rehabilitation specialist. The session is conducted as needed to review daily routines to improve daily functions, etc., and to aim for behavioral changes. In addition to the session, the subject is also provided with confirmation of self-training, programs to improve oral function, and support to encourage social participation.
