本研究の目的は、2型糖尿病患者に対するテレリハビリテーションといった、遠隔での運動指導が心疾患発症リスクに与える影響を検討し、テレリハビリテーションの有用性を明らかにすることである。

①2型糖尿病の診断を受けている患者
②外来通院している患者

1. Patients with type 2 diabetes
2. Outpatients
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
①20歳以下の患者
②歩行障害がある患者
③運動器症状が強い患者
④糖尿病足病変または下肢切断がある患者
⑤認知機能が低下している患者（評価に支障をきたすような認知機能）
⑥主治医から運動が禁止されている患者
⑦研究参加への同意が得られない患者

4. Patinets with diabetes foot or lower extremity amputation
5. Patients with cognitive impairment
6. Patients contraindications to exercise training
