介入群は、在宅で会話を支援するアプリケーションを使用して遠隔でのグループ会話を行う。セッション前に参加者はスマートフォンまたはタブレットで決められたテーマに沿った写真を撮り、アプリケーションにアップロードする。介入では参加者はアプリケーションを介して遠隔の別の参加者とグループ会話を行い、各自自身が撮影した写真について説明をしたり、質疑応答を行う。介入は1回約60分間で隔週1回、6か月間、計12回行う予定である。

The intervention program provides group conversation via an application from the participant`s home. Prior to each session, a photo taken by the participant, on a smartphone or tablet, as per a particular theme, are uploaded on the application. During the intervention session, participants are involved in a remote group conversation via the application. Each participant presents their photos on the application, followed by a question and answer session. The participants receive weekly sessions for 60 minutes for six months.

-MMSE検査にて24点以上と評価された者
-同意取得後、指定された期日に介入及び必要な検査が実施可能な者
-本研究参加にあたり、本人の同意が文書で得られる者

-認知機能に影響する精神・神経疾患を有する者
-重篤な合併症（肝障害、腎障害、内分泌疾患など）を有する者
-重篤な頭部外傷の既往を有する者
-認知機能に影響する服薬を行っている者
-要介護者
