2023年4月から2025年3月までに名古屋市総合リハビリテーションセンター病院に入院した脳卒中初発患者のうち、発症から1ヶ月以上6ヶ月未満の方

First stroke with hemiplegia who admitted to Affiliated hospital of Nagoya City Rehabilitation Center between April 2023 and March 2025, who have had a stroke for at least 1 month but less than 6 months since the onset of the stroke.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・重度の感覚障害がある方
・失語症や高次脳機能障害により研究内容や指示に理解が得られない方

英語
Severe sensory impairment.
Patient who cannot understand the research and instructions owing to the aphasia or the cognitive impairments.
