（1）FUTURE-AF研究への参加を同意された患者
（2）臨床研究倫理審査承認後から2026年12月31日までの期間に心房細動に対するカテーテルアブレーションを行う症例
（3）18歳以上

(1)Patients who have agreed to participate in the FUTURE-AF study
(2)Patients who undergo radiofrequency catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation during the period from the approval of the ethical review of clinical research to December 31, 2026.
(3)Age 18 years or older
