本研究では，個別性にあわせた動画を作成・提供した際の自主練習の効果について検討すること、提供動画を用いた自主練習の行いやすさ/にくさ，GUI（Graphical User Interface：端末画面）の操作性について質的な検討を行うことを目的とする．

The purposes of this study are to preliminaly investigate the effects of video-based rehabilitation and to explore the feasibility and acceptability of video-based rehabilitation in community-dwelling adults with stroke.

・脳梗塞もしくは脳出血による後遺症を有す在宅生活者
・同意取得時の年齢が20歳-85歳
・modified Rankin Scale 1-3
・療法士による訪問リハビリテーションを1回/週以上の頻度で利用している

・認知機能障害によりパソコン操作や運動内容の理解が困難
