主な結果/Results
日本語
糖尿病の併存疾患およびベースライン時の体重は、6か月時点のROXの用量およびROX治療開始からの用量の変化と有意に関連していた。Hb値の増加量（14±11 g/L vs. 15±8 g/L）およびHb目標達成率（70% vs. 67%）には、糖尿病の有無で有意差はなかった。 糖尿病のない患者ではROXの用量が徐々に減少したが、糖尿病のある患者では増加した。 ROXの用量は、ROXの投与開始後3ヵ月（60±21mg対42±14mg）および6ヵ月（61±22mg対41±14mg）の時点で、糖尿病患者の方が糖尿病のない患者よりも有意に高かった。

The comorbidities of DM and BW at baseline were significantly associated with each dose of ROX at 6 M and the change in each dose of ROX. There was no difference in the amount of increase in the Hb level and the rate of Hb target achievement between patients with and without DM. Each dose of ROX gradually decreased in patients without DM, whereas it increased in those with DM. Each dose of ROX was significantly higher in patients with DM than in those without DM at 3 and 6 M after the initiation of ROX.
